Steed Cone, Broker/Property Manager
Steed Cone is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida but he has called the Carolina's home for over 15 years. Steed is extremely detail and process oriented which make him a natural fit for property management.
When he's not at work you will find Steed either in the garden or traveling! He has been to more than 20 countries {and counting!} and he loves learning about new cultures and trying new food. Steed can also tell you the name of just about any plant, flower or tree!

Angela is a resident of Charlotte's Lake Norman neighborhood and has been in real estate for 15 years. Angela is a people-person and she's never met a stranger!

Matt is a resident of Villa Heights just outside of Uptown Charlotte. Matt co-founded Conrad Klein Property Management in 2009 with a goal of bringing a higher level of service to Charlotte landlords.
